Booking
How far in advance do I need to book? As soon as you have a date and location confirmed.
Can I simply reserve a date by calling? We are ONLY able to hold the date and time if a booking fee has been made.
How do I order balloons? Go to our “Hire Us” page and follow the three steps
I purchased balloons from amazon, can you just charge me for the installation? We only use professional balloon brands for all our installations. Because we are not able to guarantee the quality of the balloons you are trying to provide to us we will NOT be able to assist you.
Can you give me a discount? We are happy to offer you alternatives to fit within your budget, our services are not discounted.
Are you able to collaborate with other businesses and organizations? We love collaborating with colleges and local businesses, paid collaborations are always welcome.
Changes and Cancellations
Cancellations/Postponement: Please be aware that once the agreement is signed, and your event date scheduled, all other clients have been refused your specific rentals and services for your event date, and thus all payments are non-refundable. All services, not rental fees may be cancelled if received in writing no later than 30 days prior to the event. In such case, you would be contractually bound to pay the balance due only on the rentals, not services. A credit in the amount of the deposit will remain on file if the event is postponed. The credit will be held on your account and can be used within the next 365 days from the date you ordered.
Delivery
Do you deliver? Yes, we service The Woodlands, Conroe, Tomball, Willis, Magnolia, Spring and are willing to travel to the Houston Area (our minimum to deliver to Houston is $899 or higher, excluding delivery and taxes)
Do you charge for deliveries? Yes, delivery is a separate service that allows us to pay for the time and expenses related specifically to the delivery of your bouquet and or balloon decorations.
Can I pick up my order? We currently ONLY offer a delivery option.
I would like to surprise my loved one. Do you do night before deliveries or early drop offs? Yes, we offer late night drop offs and 5am deliveries for most days.
Weather
Can I leave my helium balloons outside? Texas heat is brutal during the summer months. We recommend to keep your helium balloons indoors and away from direct sunlight once temperatures go above 78 degrees.
I want a balloon garland for my outdoor event. Are my balloons going to pop with the heat? We use many different techniques to ensure that your balloon garland will look at its best for your event. When planning a summer event, avoid requesting a balloon set up under direct sunlight, choose light colors, avoid metallic and foil balloons. (we will not perform any outdoor installation if temperatures are above 100 degrees)
What if it rains? We asked that you plan an indoor area as a backup plan shall it rain on the day of your event. Deposits are non refundable for weather related cancellations, you may however, use your deposit as a credit for a future date.
Disclaimer : I cannot guarantee your balloons will last at all once they have been delivered. Hot objects, nails, toddlers, tree branches, rough surfaces, hot cars, are just a few examples of things that can pop your balloons. Once delivered, Atirela is not held responsible for any balloons that are popped, stolen, lost, poked, or let go of. If we pop your balloon, it will be replaced at no charge or a refund will be issued if we are unable to get a replacement in time.
