It is clients’ responsibility to notify Atirela Inc. if the pool has any natural stone or sharp edges around the pool or as part of the pool liner.
Prior to our arrival:
Ensure there are no harsh chemicals in the pool for at least two days prior, those can cause a change in color on the balloons.
Verify pool vacuums are completely turned off as balloon strings can get trapped around them.
We are not responsible for any popped or damaged balloons once we have left the premises.
